Recent Transactions involving Lee & Lee

The Mergers and Acquisitions team, comprising Adrian Chan, Lun Chee Leong and Liane Lim acted for Golden Star Group Limited in the mandatory offer for Novo Group, a company with dual primary listings in Singapore and Hong Kong. The offer was notable in that it had to comply with both the Hong Kong and Singapore takeover codes.

Office Closure on 25 March 2015

We are saddened by the passing of our founding partner Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

It is 60 years since Mr Lee started our Firm in humble beginnings, built on a framework of integrity and excellence. We are proud to be part of the heritage and legacy that he has left behind.

As a mark of respect, our Firm will be closed on Wednesday 25th March 2015.
