Our Real Estate & Property Department (headed by our Mr Ow Yong Thian Soo and Ms Sharon Tay) specialises in property transactions ranging from the sale and purchase of residential properties to commercial projects. We handle many aspects of property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of a wide range of property on an individual unit or collective basis, leasing and financing of properties and development projects.

We are well-known for our active involvement in all aspects of property transactions. We count as part of our vast experience transactions involving hotels, factories, cinemas and major commercial and residential buildings in Singapore. These include acquisitions and disposals of a wide range of property on an individual unit or a collective and an “en-bloc” basis, leasing and financing of individual properties and developments.

We represent both individuals and corporate entities. Many of our clients are public listed companies in the real estate and financial sectors as well as leading developers of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

With our in-depth knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions, regulatory requirements and our clients’ investment concerns, our team of dedicated lawyers has successfully concluded a variety of multi-million dollar transactions.

The legal services we provide include negotiation and preparation of sale and purchase contracts and lease agreements, security documentation and advice on other issues relating to areas such as the following:
