Cunzheng joins the Firm as a Partner in the Banking and Finance Department. His experience includes practising in the Banking and Finance practice group of another Singapore law firm and working as an in-house legal counsel at an Asian-based conglomerate, where he primarily supported the group’s banking and financing transactions.
