Environment

  • Advising a leading technology multinational company on the market launch of a VR/AR product, including compliance with environmental and sustainability-related regulations such as the management of electronic waste and the handling of hazardous substances;
  • Advising a listed diary company on the use of recycling logos on their products in Singapore;
  • Advising clients in the solar power plant industry on government tax and other incentives relevant to the research and development, procurement, and construction of solar power plants in Singapore;
  • Advising on a joint venture relating to the construction and management of hydro-power plants in Sumatra, Indonesia;
  • Advising a client in a fund-raising exercise for the development of a wind power plant in Thailand;
  • Advising a client in an investment into the first Asia-Pacific renewable energy trust, which as structured as a private business trust with a target AUM of S$380 million;

Social Governance
