Our firm acted for MilikiRumah, an Indonesian social Proptech startup founded by senior executives of PropertyGuru, in its recent equity funding round raising up to SGD 2.6 million. MilikiRumah provides rent-to-own housing solutions, enabling individuals and families to achieve homeownership through a more accessible and flexible model for them to build their home equity and credit records. This round of funding, backed by Ruifeng Wealth Management, a Singapore-based family office and Jani Rautiainen, Co-Founder of PropertyGuru, among other investors, will support MilikiRumah’s expansion and the continued development of its platform.
