Acquisition by Cuprina Holdings of East Coast Podiatry and Orchard Clinic

Lee & Lee LLP acted as buyer’s counsel to Cuprina Holdings (Nasdaq: CUPR) on its strategic acquisition of East Coast Podiatry and Orchard Clinic, two established premium healthcare and wellness brands in Singapore.

The acquisition has brought seven clinics under Cuprina’s ownership and marks an important step in its evolution from a biomedical innovator into an integrated healthcare platform offering strong strategic synergies with Cuprina’s healthcare technologies.

Our team worked closely with Cuprina throughout the transaction, acting as primary drafting counsel across the transaction documentation and providing strategic and legal support through the negotiations and acquisition process.
