We are pleased to have been engaged by AEM Holdings Ltd. ("AEM") to advise on the issue of 3,341,000 new shares and 28,111,856 free detachable warrants to be issued in two tranches, by AEM, in a subscription for shares and detachable warrants by Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Test, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd (“ASE”).
