Lee & Lee LLP advised SAC Capital Private Limited on GDS Global Limited's Very Substantial Acquisition
Lee & Lee LLP acted as Singapore legal counsel to SAC Capital Private Limited, as Sponsor and Financial Adviser to GDS Global Limited (“GDS”), on the acquisition by GDS of Asiabuild Metal Engineering Pte. Ltd. and Integrated Aluminium Pte. Ltd. (“Targets”) for an aggregate maximum consideration of up to S$30 million, to be satisfied entirely through the issue of new shares by GDS.
