Strata Titles Board Discusses Management Corporations’ Duty to Control, Manage and Administer the Common Property

This case update discusses a recent decision in which the Strata Titles Board dismissed an application by Owners who argued that a Management Corporation should relocate their air-conditioning condensers from one part of the common property to another for easier access.
