New Seller’s Stamp Duty Regime as at 4 July 2025

In Memory of Mr Goh Joon Seng (1935-2021)

Mr Goh Joon Seng received his LL.B. degree from the University of Singapore in 1962. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore on 1 April 1963 and to that of West Malaysia in the following year.  He practised at the Bar until his appointment as a Judicial Commissioner on 1 October 1990 and Judge of the Supreme Court on 15 November 1990.
