We are pleased to share that our Partner from the Corporate Department, Mr Joel Teo, was recently invited to speak at the Singapore segment SAIF CEO Programme run by the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (上海交通大学). The session was organised by the Nanyang Business School Leadership Advanced Management Programme Office and held at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University.

Joel shared with the various business leaders and senior executives insights on corporate structuring, global tax arrangements, wealth and succession planning, and the establishment of family offices — key areas that are increasingly relevant to businesses and families with cross-border interests.
