Completion of SG Enviro Series A – Additional Close with SEEDS

Lee & Lee LLP is pleased to have advised SG Enviro Pte Ltd on the additional close of its Series A funding round, with investment from SEEDS (the investment arm of SG Growth Capital, the investment platform of the Singapore Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore).

This follows the initial close of SG Enviro’s Series A, which raised S$8 million from Emerald Ventures, details of which can be found here.

SG Enviro is a Singapore-headquartered company focused on providing sustainable solutions for complex environmental challenges in water and wastewater treatment and recycling. The proceeds from this funding round will be used to expand SG Enviro’s core technologies and solutions across Southeast Asia and to serve a broader range of industries in addressing increasingly complex environmental challenges.

SG Enviro has established a strong presence across key industries including oil and gas, palm oil, food and beverage, and anaerobic digestion, and is also intending to expand into new growth sectors such as data centres, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals.
