Initial public offering and listing of UISEE Technologies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Lee & Lee LLP acted as Singapore counsel to UISEE Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Uisee) on its initial public offering and listing on the Mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Uisee raised approximately HK$872 million and commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 20 May 2026.

Uisee provides autonomous driving solutions, specialising in driverless L4 autonomous driving technology, and listed as a Specialist Technology Company under Chapter 18C of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
