Conversion to Lee & Lee LLP

Please be informed that on 1^st October 2025, our firm will be converting from a Partnership to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

The new entity will be Lee & Lee LLP with UEN T25LL8888A.

Pursuant to the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005, all movable and immovable property vested in the firm, all assets, interests, rights, privileges, liabilities, obligations relating to the firm and the whole of the undertaking of the firm will be transferred to and vest in the LLP without further assurance, act or deed.
