关于陈世荏

陈世荏资深大律师（Tan Tee Jim, SC），于1979年毕业于新加坡大学，并于1980年取得新加坡律师资格。他亦拥有伦敦大学法学硕士（LL.M.）学位。

1999年，他获新加坡最高法院委任为资深大律师。新加坡资深大律师属于精英律师群体，以卓越的出庭辩护能力、专业操守及深厚法律知识而闻名。目前，新加坡约有100名执业资深大律师。

陈世荏长期参与众多重大诉讼案件，其中包括多宗已成为知识产权法及竞争法领域里程碑的案件。他著述甚丰，尤其专注于知识产权法领域。他现为"Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore（Intellectual Property）"总编辑，并著有"Law of Trade Marks in Singapore"（Sweet & Maxwell，第4版，2021年），该书经常获法院引用。他亦经常受邀于本地及国际会议发表演讲。

目前，他担任新加坡知识产权局知识产权裁决官，并为竞争上诉委员会及数据保护上诉委员会成员。他曾出任版权审裁处副主席，并曾担任新加坡国际仲裁中心、世界知识产权组织及新加坡域名争议解决委员会的仲裁员。

他亦为新加坡专利代理人协会（ASPA）创会成员及前会长、亚洲专利代理人协会（APAA）前副会长，以及东盟知识产权协会创会理事会成员。此外，他亦曾于国际商标协会多个委员会（包括互联网委员会）任职。

陈世荏长期获"The Asia Pacific Legal 500"、"Global Counsel 3000"及"AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers"等国际法律评级机构评选为新加坡及亚洲领先知识产权律师。他曾被评价为“卓越非凡”及专利诉讼界的“标志性人物”。2024年，《海峡时报》针对客户及业界同侪进行调查时，他获评为新加坡25位“最受推崇律师”之一。
