Overview
Lee & Lee’s Strata Title (MCST) Practice Group is a cross-departmental team dedicated to matters relating to strata-titled developments in Singapore, such as residential condominiums, commercial and industrial strata lots, and mixed-use developments.
Led by Mr Toh Kok Seng, Ms Sharon Tay and Mr Daniel Chen, the Strata Title (MCST) Practice Group advises and represents management corporations, subsidiary management corporations, councils, executive committees, managing agents and subsidiary proprietors in a wide range of areas.
