Overview


Lee & Lee’s Strata Title (MCST) Practice Group is a cross-departmental team dedicated to matters relating to strata-titled developments in Singapore, such as residential condominiums, commercial and industrial strata lots, and mixed-use developments.

Led by Mr Toh Kok Seng, Ms Sharon Tay and Mr Daniel Chen, the Strata Title (MCST) Practice Group advises and represents management corporations, subsidiary management corporations, councils, executive committees, managing agents and subsidiary proprietors in a wide range of areas.

    • Safety devices / equipment

    • Inspection and copying of records and documents

    • Access to units to do works or determine if they are necessary. 

  • Disputes between Management Corporation and Subsidiary Management Corporation

  • Disputes between Subsidiary Proprietors, including in relation to:

    • Breach of by-laws and statutory provisions

    • Defamation claims

  • Applications before the Strata Titles Board

  • Drafting & Advisory Work, including in relation to:

    • General meeting procedure

    • Council meeting procedure

    • General meeting resolutions

    • By-laws

    • Licence agreements for use of common property

    • Subdivision, amalgamation and transfers of strata lots and common property.

    • Personal data protection
