Overview
Our Real Estate & Property Department (headed by our Mr Ow Yong Thian Soo and Ms Sharon Tay) specialises in the whole range of real estate transactions, from the sale and purchase of properties both on an individual and collective basis, to development projects involving properties under construction.
Our vast repertoire of experience includes transactions involving condominium developments, hotels, factories, cinemas, shipyards, shopping malls, medical facilities, warehouses and numerous other commercial and residential buildings in Singapore, which are often reported in the news media.
We represent both corporate entities and individuals. We have acted for many public listed companies in the real estate, financial and other sectors, leading developers of residential, commercial and industrial projects, as well as governmental authorities and high net-worth individuals.
With our comprehensive knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions, legal and regulatory requirements and our clients’ commercial needs, our team of dedicated lawyers has structured and successfully concluded numerous high-value transactions, often worth hundreds of millions.
Our Work
