Lee & Lee LLP acted for the Developer in its acquisition of the development site by way of government land sale for S$278,900,000.00 in 2024.

The development site of about 207,000 sq ft is situated at Upper Bukit Timah and comprises of 5 blocks with 347 units.

THE SEN was launched for sale on 15 November 2025 (https://www.sustainedland.com/sl-projects/the-sen) and 80 out of 347 residential units were sold during its weekend launch.
