Initial public offering and listing of FS.com Limited on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Lee & Lee LLP has acted as Singapore counsel to FS.com Limited (FS.com) on its initial public offering and listing on the Mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. FS.com raised approximately HK$1.66 billion immediately following the completion of the global offering and commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 23 March 2026.

FS.com is an online direct-to-customer networking solutions provider. Its solutions include high-performance networking equipment, scalable networking equipment operating system and cloud-based network management platform, which support high-performance computing, data centers, enterprise networks and telecommunications.
