Developments in Mediation : A Practical View

Lee & Lee, in collaboration with the Singapore Mediation Centre, organized a joint seminar, “Developments in Mediation : A Practical View”, on 27 April 2017.The topics discussed at the seminar included the recent developments in mediation related legislation (such as the Mediation Act and the Employment Claims Act), the benefits of mediation and its processes, the role of the Singapore Mediation Centre in Singapore’s  dispute resolution landscape, and practical points concerning the drafting of mediated settlement agreements.
