Tan Tee Jim, S.C. invited to speak at IP Academy’s Developments in IP Law Series 2015

We are proud to announce that Tan Tee Jim S.C., senior partner and head of our Intellectual Property Department, has been invited to speak at the IP Academy’s Developments in IP Law Series 2015.

The Developments in IP Law Series is the IP Academy’s annual signature programme for the legal fraternity in Singapore. It charts the development of the main Intellectual Property Rights (copyright, registered designs, patents, trade marks and passing off) within Singapore and other jurisdictions in the preceding year over three half-day seminars.Tee Jim will be speaking on the legal impact of the Court of Appeal’s landmark decision in Staywell Hospitality Group Pty Ltd v Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. & Anor [2013] SGCA 65, where Lee & Lee acted for the successful appellant.
