About Michelle
Michelle is a Partner in Lee & Lee’s Corporate department. She is qualified to practise law in England & Wales, Singapore and Gibraltar.
Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, advising listed companies on regulatory, governance and compliance matters, as well as acting for financial institutions, issuers and trustees in debt capital markets transactions.
Michelle also has extensive experience advising educational establishments, from pre-schools to tertiary institutions and statutory authorities.
In serving the charity sector, Michelle has advised various charities on a pro bono basis.
