About Jacqueline

Jacqueline is a litigation partner with over 12 years experience. She is effectively bilingual in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. She regularly appears as counsel in cases before the Singapore courts and has diverse practice areas. Jacqueline believes in working out practical and cost-effective solutions in the best interest of the client.

Case Highlights

  • Acting in Singapore’s first “99-1” case against property agent and lawyers for misrepresentation and negligence 

  • Acted for Chinese cold chain logistics conglomerate in a S$10 million dispute over sale and purchase of the logistics entities. 

  • Acted for an Indonesian tech logistics company in an SIAC Arbitration relating to a software services dispute requiring in depth understanding of technical manuals.

  • Acted for a local businessman and successfully defended claims of fraudulent breach of duty, and conspiracy to defraud in a series of High Court lawsuits (https://www.elitigation.sg/gd/s/2025_SGHC_30

  • Acted for multiple Chinese individuals in a $25 million immigration fraud case in the High Court for recovery of immigration funds which were siphoned off to China.   • Acting for a Canadian technology company against a Chinese state-owned enterprise in SIAC arbitration proceedings for breaches of contract and misrepresentations causing damages in the region of US$1 billion. Successfully obtained an emergency injunction to restrain the party from further acting against the client’s detriment.
