About Gayle

Gayle is a Partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Department. 

A Juris Doctor graduate of the Singapore Management University, she joined the firm in 2021. 

Gayle has acted for both lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic and cross-border financing relating to land purchase and project development, acquisition and expansion and for working capital needs and general refinancing. 

She has experience drafting, reviewing, and advising clients on loan documentation for bilateral and syndicated transactions, including green loans and mortgages over land. Her clients span diverse industries and profiles and range from leading domestic and international banks, property developers, REIT managers to listed companies.

Prior to her legal career, Gayle held various management positions in strategic planning, business development and operations.

She is also an accredited Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Case Highlights

• Acted for a leading Singapore developer in the secured syndicated green loan refinancing in relation to its mixed use development in Singapore.

• Acted for a leading Singapore developer in the secured syndicated refinancing in relation to its prestigious resort hotels located overseas.

• Acted for several of Singapore’s leading developers in each of their secured syndicated green loan financing for acquisition of land in Singapore. 

• Acted for a leading Singapore developer in the financing for its en-bloc purchase of a leasehold development.

• Acted for a syndicate of six financial institutions in the extension of financing involving land acquisition and construction loans. 

• Acted for leading Singapore banks in various financing matters involving real estate mortgages amongst other securities.
