Freddy Lim is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Department.
Freddy graduated from the National University of Singapore’s Law Faculty in 2009, where he was placed on the Dean’s List in his final year. Freddy commenced practice at Lee & Lee and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2010.
Freddy handles a variety of contentious and non-contentious work relating to various aspects of Intellectual Property law and he also advises on regulatory, compliance and commercial matters. He advises clients on a broad range of legal issues, from employment and personal data protection laws to advisory work in relation to commercial and intellectual property agreements, license agreements, franchise agreements and commercial documents.
Freddy also has an active practice in commercial litigation and arbitration.
