About Andrew

Andrew Lai is a Partner in the Corporate Department of Lee & Lee.

Andrew has more than 20 years of experience, and has previously practised in a major international law firm in Hong Kong and as a partner in a Big Four law firm in Singapore. He is qualified to practise in Singapore, Hong Kong, and England and Wales.

Andrew has an active transactional practice with a focus on capital markets, corporate finance and M&A. He has extensive experience in capital markets and corporate finance, including IPOs, RTOs and secondary offerings. He regularly acts for the issuer or the sponsor/issue manager/underwriter on listings on the SGX, and as Singapore counsel on foreign listings. His practice also covers a wide range of M&A transactions involving private and public listed companies, as well as PE/VC investments.

He also regularly counsels listed companies on stock exchange compliance and corporate governance, and also advises on financial services regulation.

He has full professional working proficiency in English and Chinese and speaks fluent Cantonese.
