Real Estate Department - Practice Areas

Our Real Estate Department handles many aspects of property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of a whole range of property on an individual unit or collective basis, leasing and financing of properties and development projects.

We represent both individuals and corporations and our clients include public listed companies in the real estate and financial sectors, banks and financial institutions as well as leading developers of residential, commercial and industrial projects. We have acted in various transactions involving hotels, factories, cinemas and major commercial and residential buildings in Singapore.

The legal services we provide include negotiation and preparation of sale and purchase contracts and lease agreements, security documentation and advice on other issues relating to areas such as the following:-
