India Desk
Overview
India - Singapore trade has more than doubled between 2003 and 2005. Bilateral trade grew by 41.3 % from S$11.75 billion in 2004 to S$16.60 billion in 2005. In recognition of such potential for growth as a consequence of the India-Singapore Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA), Lee & Lee has established an India Practice Group with a view to assisting clients who have investments in, trade with or business ventures in India or who are interested in participating in the rising Indian economy or pursuing any legal remedies in India. The India Practice Group is similarly able to assist clients from India who wish to do business in Singapore, Indian companies who wish to seek a listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange and who establish joint ventures with Singapore and other companies, or who wish to pursue judicial remedies in Singapore.
