About Andy CHEE

Andy Chee is a Partner in the Corporate department.

Andy graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 1997. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1998, and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2000.

Andy specialises in corporate finance, debt and equity capital markets, fund management, private equity and direct investments. His main areas of practice encompass initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and pre-IPO investments and the establishment of private equity/venture capital funds. He has also been actively involved in significant projects relating to infrastructure, energy and natural resources, the environment, bio-medical and insurance. Andy is often involved from the initiation of complex projects where he is called upon to assist with the structuring of the projects so as to achieve the client’s commercial purpose.

Andy has acted for a wide range of international and local clients during his legal practice, including multinational corporations, Fortune500 companies, global listed corporations, government owned/linked companies, established privately owned corporations with global businesses and high net-worth individuals
