About Siew Lian Joyce ANG

Joyce Ang Siew Lian is a Partner in the Real Estate department.

Joyce graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1986 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1987. She joined Lee & Lee in 1992 and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate. 

She has handled a variety of acquisitions, divestments, mortgages and leases for residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Her areas of work are:

• Advising both retail and corporate clients, banks and CPF Board in property  and property-related transactions for residential, commercial and industrial properties (including entire buildings);
• Acting for housing developers in their housing development projects;
• Acting for landlords and tenants of residential/commercial/industrial space;
• Assisting in collective sales for residential developments;
• Working closely and assisting other practice areas in the firm on major real estate transactions involving asset and business acquisitions, divestments and asset restructuring
