Kwa Geok Choo Age: 2 yrs Lee & Lee is saddened by the loss of one of her 3 founding partners, Mdm Kwa Geok Choo, the beloved wife of Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, mother of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and aunt of our Managing Partner Kwa Kim Li.   Together with her brother-in-law the late Mr Lee Kim Yew, Mdm Kwa has been instrumental in bringing the Firm from its humble beginnings through an illustrious development and growth over more than 50 years into one of Singapore’s leading and established law firms.  The legacy of strong core values which she has passed on to the present leadership of the Firm, many of whom have had the privilege of being her colleagues, will continue to inspire future generations joining the Firm .   As a mark of respect, our office will be closed on Wednesday 6th October 2010.   <- Back to: News & Publications
